Prince Valiant - May 28, 1954

Here's an ad for the 1954 epic spectacular, Prince Valiant starring Robert Wagner, Janet Leigh and James Mason. This was one of the first released Cinescope movies.

Wagner plays Valiant, the son of an exiled king who travels to Camelot to become a Knight of the Round Table.  Along the way he discovers a conspiracy to overthrow Arthur.

Psycho - Aug 25, 1960

This week is Silence of the Lambs' 20th anniversary.  To celebrate I'm looking at ads for classic serial killer movies.

Here's an ad for Hitchcock's 1960 masterpiece, Psycho, which featured the debut of serial killer Norman Bates.
